We felt welcomed by the staff upon check-in. The hotel allowed us to stay with my special needs son's autism support dog, made a huge difference for our family. The nearby sights were easily walkable.
In my wife's opinion, the rooms were cramped and lacked adequate ventilation. It would help if they provided more spacious family rooms.

Excellent value for money, considering that everything is good. Gorgeous hotel overall, is has excellent service and magnificent location near waterbus stop. The breakfast was delicious and good, we greatly enjoyed a lot of meals. The room is big, and the staff is courteous!

The location is a true highlight, right by a beautiful canal and a short walk to several attractions. The breakfast offered was fantastic, with a variety of options to fuel our day. The friendly service. We enjoyed a lovely view of the canal.
The room was not spacious, making it a bit hard for a family of four to feel comfortable.

The room was tight but had two windows letting in nice breezes. The bathroom was tiny, just enough to get by. Beds were okay-could use a bit more comfort.
